B747-400LCF

     Boeing B747-400LCF(Large Cargo Freighter) is a special airplane to convey some parts of Boeing B787 "Dreamliner". About 50 percents of B787 is made outside of the United States so The Boeing Company developed B747-400LCF. Because of this thing, people call B747-400LCF as "Dream Lifter" means to Lift Dreamliner. Now, there are four B747-400LCF in the world, and all of them were converted from B747-400.

     When the Boeing's engineers converted B747-400, they changed the length from 70.6m to 72.0m and also changed the height from 19.4m to 21.6m to stabilize. In addition, to carry large stuffs, engineers made a new large cargo door on the backside.

Boeing B787

     Boeing B787 "Dreamliner" is one of the newest commercial airplane in the world. The airplane was made by The Boeing Company and first flighted in the United States. When The Boeing Company designed and made B787 family that consists of B787-8 ,B787-9, and B787-10, the company used a lot of new technologies that people have never used for commercial airplanes so B787 family become completely different from current airplanes.

SPEC

     About 50 percents of B787 family's body consists of carbon fiber so B787's weight becomes lighter than current airplanes. Because of this thing and new huge engines, B787 can cut about 20 percents of fuel costs from current other airplanes. In addition, because of carbon fiber, B787 can keep higher moisture　atmosphere pressure than current airplanes.

     In October 22 1906, at Kill Devil Hills in North Carolina, United States, Wilbur Wright and Orville Wright did the first flight of the human race with their own airplane.

Until now, many aerospace engineers have designed and made a lot of airplanes, and of them has some unique points. Some planes designed to fly fast, and some planes made to fly with less fuels.
